Our Process
Paddy cleaner
Paddy cleaning is carried out with the Milltec De Stoner machine. It ensures the removal of stones, mud and lumps. This machine performs on the basis of density difference.
Pneumatic Sheller
It is considered to be a fully automatic machine which is capable of attaining up to 95% shelling under normal running conditions. It ensures in removing the husk layer of paddy.
Tray Separator
This machine has been designed for capacity and efficiently separate paddy and brown rice.
Rice Whitener
This rice whitener machine incorporates the advanced techniques of whitening the rice.
Silky Polisher
This machine is used for the purpose of polishing the rice surface by spraying water through the mixer chamber and by creating the fiction among rice grains using the milling rollers.
Rotary Shifter
This machine separates the input rice into different categories.
Color Sorter
Optical inspection is considered to be the final quality control in the rice mill. Discolored grains are been removed to yield a final grade product. To achieve a uniform and quality, the white rice is blended according to the market requirements and trade standards.
Packaging
The stored grains are processed through all these steps before it is been ready for consumption. Rice in terms of variety is packaged in bags of 5, 10 and 25kgs.
